Her expertise in business leadership and scaling early-stage programs enables her to effectively oversee projects that enhance leadership and soft skills development. As the Program and Events Coordinator at the Black Entrepreneurship Alliance, Kanishia is committed to fostering strong community connections and supporting diverse entrepreneurial initiatives. Kanishia holds advanced degrees and a variety of professional certifications.
