The project will include survey development, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings and recommendations.

- Student Involvement:
- Students will be actively involved in all project stages, including survey development, stakeholder engagement, data collection (interviews, paper or electronic survey administration), analysis of qualitative and quantitative feedback, and reporting. Collaboration may be hybrid (remote for planning/analysis and onsite for distribution/engagement, as appropriate).

- - Access to sample survey tools or previous feedback reports (if available).
- - Support for distributing surveys (e.g., staff assistance, internal communication).
- - Access to relevant policies and procedures for context.
- - Guidance on ethical considerations and privacy compliance.

- - Weekly virtual or in-person check-ins with the project supervisor.
- - Mentorship from the Quality Improvement or Hospice Care team.
